In 2017, our 4 Har-Tru tennis courts were converted to state-of-the-art FDC HydroCourts. The courts overlook the Biscayne Bay and are an idyllic location for tennis. In addition to scheduled tennis tournaments, the club offers group clinics and private lessons.
All players should wear proper and conservative tennis attire. Only regulation flat-soled tennis shoes are allowed on the courts. Bathing suits and t-shirts are prohibited. Men should wear tennis shirts with collars, and must tuck in their shirts prior to exiting the courts. Ladies' t-back shirts are not permitted in the Snack Bar or Clubhouse common areas.
From October to May, group clinics are scheduled by the Tennis Professional. ADULT CLINICS ($25 per member, $30 per guest) are held Monday and Thursday at 9:30 a.m. JUNIOR CLINICS ($20 per member, $25 per guest) are divided into age groups. Clinics for juniors 8-11 years old are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at 4:30 p.m. Clinics for ages 4-7 are Tuesday and Thursday at 3:30 p.m.
Indian Creek's Tennis Professional is available for private lessons throughout the season and is "on call" during the offseason. Lesson rates are $55 per half hour for members ($60 for guests).
